The bars within Powerhouse are situated on different floors and all play different types of music, in doing this, you are able to get the most from just one club... with Powerhouse, there's no need to get bored of just one type of music like in other clubs... if this happens and you fancy a change, just go to a different room... there you will find a new layout, new faces, new DJ... new fun!!

GOSSIP 

Starting with Gossip, this is the official pre-club bar and feeder bar, this bar is a must-go before you start your night in Powerhouse! Let us warm you up in here with fantastic drinks offers and a great atmosphere. It is also one of the newest and cleanest bars on Newcastle's gay scene, with friendly staff and is always a big hit with the ladies and lesbian community.

Mondays in Gossip are the home to Relentless, with EXTREMELY cheap drinks... make your you go here before Rewind in Powerhouse, plus gain access tho the side door! Its buy-one-get-one-free on a Thursday in Gossip, which takes us to the weekend... with live sets from DJs every Friday and Saturday night, plus amazing drinks offers on all night. Plus we are open until 2am! Again, after partying hard in Gossip, get discounted entry into Powerhoused the the side door from midnight. If you are looking to unwind after the weekend... or have broken the bank balance and stretched those purse strings a little too much, then get down on a Sunday for £1 drinks. Plus, don't forget that you can watch all of the X Factor live shows on our TVs in Gossip and be the first to see who will be apearing next in Powerhouse.

THE VAULT

The Vault... located on the ground floor of Powerhouse is open as an alternative room within Powerhouse and is the home of 'Popgarden' every Friday and Saturday night. In the Vault you can dance your socks off all night from midnight on our raised stage, try your hand at pole dancing on our pole, or even try your luck at karaoke. If you just want to relax for a while, this is definitely the place to do it. The Vault has its own toilets and the cloakroom in Powerhouse is also located down the spiral staircase in the basement.
